Terms of Service

By accessing or using SiteIntoApp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, builders, and enterprise customers. SiteIntoApp is operated by SiteIntoApp Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

SiteIntoApp is a no-code platform that allows users to convert publicly accessible websites into native Android applications ("Apps"). The Service includes a web-based admin panel, build pipeline infrastructure, push notification delivery, analytics, and related features. We provide the tooling to generate Apps based on URLs you supply. You are responsible for the content of the websites and Apps you produce. We do not host or serve the underlying website content.

To use the Service, you must register for an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of our infrastructure, or are associated with fraudulent activity.

You may not use the Service to: • Build apps that contain illegal content, malware, or spyware • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights • Generate APKs for websites you do not own or have authorization to use • Abuse our build pipeline with automated mass-generation of apps • Resell or redistribute the Service without a written Enterprise agreement • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform

SiteIntoApp retains all rights to the platform, infrastructure, tooling, and any generated build templates. You retain ownership of your website content and any custom assets (icons, splash screens, branding) you upload. The Android APK/AAB files generated by the Service are yours to use, distribute, and publish. We do not claim ownership of the generated output.

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

We target 99.5% uptime for the admin panel and API. Build pipeline availability may vary due to external CI dependencies. Enterprise customers receive a separate SLA addendum. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Google, GitHub Actions, OneSignal, etc.).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteIntoApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
